North Wales, PA- March 10, 2016 – Saturn Infotech’s COO Ash Batra and CTO Monalisa Shrin were recognized at SmartCEO’s Executive Management Awards program on Tuesday, March 8, 2016. The Executive Management Awards honor C-suite executives who have gone above and beyond to support and lead their organizations. SmartCEO recognizes executives (CFOs, CIOs/CTOs, COOs, CHROs) who uphold the highest ethics, lead collaboratively and creatively, and enhance and support their organization’s mission. An independent committee of local business leaders reviews the Executive Management Awards nominations and chooses winners based on their display of ethics, leadership, collaboration, creativity, and dedication and support to their organizations. In addition to the awards reception held at the Ballroom at the Ben in Philadelphia, Executive Management Award winners are profiled in the March/April issue of SmartCEO magazine.

During the reception, Ash Batra and Monalisa Shrin were called up individually to receive their awards. When asked about his leadership philosophy, Ash responded, “I inspire my team members to be successful by leading through my own actions. I support them by brainstorming with them and thinking of out-of-the-box solutions. I help them identify areas of improvement and recognize their successes.” This personable approach Ash takes to mentoring can be seen on a daily basis around the office. He is also inclusive in his decision making processes, which helps unify the team and makes everyone truly feel like a “team player.”

Monalisa’s Management vision is centered around innovation and expression. “As a CIO, I get to work with many smart minds in my department,” says Monalisa Shrin. “Sometimes, these smart minds have great ideas or a great solution to a problem, but it is very important to give them a platform to express themselves.” Shrin runs all her meetings at Saturn Infotech as brainstorming sessions, rather than one person proposing a solution.
